I always come back to this cozy place. The staff helped me with a local taxi number at my first stay. It suits me perfectly - free Wi-Fi, parking, kettle, fishing, pets allowed. I'll be back for Christmas!

Our stay at Emy Lake Studio was perfect. The host was helpful and always available when we needed assistance. The hotel is situated in a fine location overlooking Lough Emy, making for a picturesque setting. It was also conveniently close to nearby wedding venues like Castle Leslie, just a quick taxi ride away.
There were a few minor drawbacks. The towels provided were hard and had an unpleasant smell, so we ended up having to buy our own.

The apartment at Emy Lake Studio in Monaghan is cozy and inviting. The bedroom is comfortable and the bathroom has a refreshing shower. I loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping outside.
The only downside for me was that there was only an electric kettle available. But hey, some people might enjoy a hot cuppa made that way!

The studio was super cool and had everything we needed for a wicked time. We hit up the Rossmore Golf Club and it was wild! The course was sick and we all pretended to be pro golfers. Then, we checked out The Garage Theatre and it was like being in a movie. The vibe was unreal and we danced like crazy. Definitely a lit spot for young people!
The only thing we would have asked for is a sick party room at Emy Lake Studio. We wanted a place to turn up the music, bust out the moves, and really let loose.

It was ideal for outdoor activities like walking and cycling, with easy access to the lake for picnics. We also found it convenient for visiting Castle Leslie Estate and exploring the surrounding area. The studio itself was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The owner, Geraldine, was lovely and made us feel very welcome. We wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy this wonderful spot.
Couldn't stay longer.

Stayed at Emy Lake Studio for a wedding at nearby Castle Leslie. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The property is in a beautiful location overlooking Lough Emy. The studio was spotlessly clean and had the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced. Perfect location for exploring the area and the view is breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to friends. Great value for money.
